Class is in session! Raincoast vessel Achiever is a floating classroom exploring the Salish Sea with conservation leaders of tomorrow.
“Is it my turn to record the data?” Taking Koeye campers & camp counsellors out on The Achiever is so much fun! We practice the methods scientists use to survey whales and seabirds, including spotting, using markings to ID individuals, behaviour, and recording data.
We are seeking an energetic, organized and focused candidate who will be working alongside Raincoast’s Tsawwassen Summer Stewardship Program Lead to assist with the delivery of a field-monitoring/stewardship program for the Tsawwassen First Nation youth. The position will be in person and based in Tsawwassen, BC.
