Help us secure the Kitlope Tenure

Still water in the fore ground with a grizzly bear standing on the grassy shore in the midground and forest behind.

The Kitlope is the world’s largest intact temperate rainforest with trees over 1,000 years old.

While Kitlope is protected from logging, and the current ban protects grizzly bears from being hunted, there remains unfinished business in the Kitlope. Trophy hunters are still going into the Kitlope and hunting coastal carnivores.

Help us secure the 5300 km2 Kitlope tenure.

We need to raise a $100,000 deposit for the commercial hunting licence in the Kitlope to permanently end commercial trophy hunting of grizzlies, black bears, wolves, cougars and wolverines. Get involved 🐻
