Help us purchase the Kitlope tenure
Our long term goal is to purchase all remaining tenures and, with our First Nation partners, end the trophy hunting of bears, wolves and large carnivores throughout this coastal region.
With the support of our First Nation partners, Raincoast now owns commercial trophy hunting rights in an area of over 33,000 square kilometers, across the Great Bear Rainforest. That’s an area larger than Vancouver Island.
Our long term goal is to purchase all remaining tenures and, with our First Nation partners, end the trophy hunting of bears, wolves and large carnivores throughout this coastal region. Right now we are raising funds for the Kitlope tenure.
