Today the Federal Court of Appeal ruled that it will not hear our case – with Ecojustice and Living Oceans – challenging the federal government’s approval of the Trans Mountain pipeline project.

We are extremely disappointed and are now considering our legal options, including an appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada. We are pleased that some of the legal challenges are going ahead.

Rest assured we remain committed to ensuring everything can be done to support recovery of the Southern Resident killer whale population.

They need our support and we need yours.
