We are excited to share that we are in the development phase of a new documentary on Southern Resident killer whales. It is being directed by Michael O Snyder and will feature voices of people and communities committed to a thriving population of Southern Residents. Michael is a photographer and filmmaker working at the intersections of social justice and environmental sustainability. He has worked on projects with us before and we are delighted to be collaborating with him again on this pressing topic.
The Trans Mountain expansion puts Southern Resident killer whales at risk, and investing in pipelines is taking us in the wrong direction on fighting climate change.
We will be sharing more in this documentary in the near future.
