Help stop Terminal 2 expansion

In the heart of the Fraser Estuary, the Port of Vancouver is proposing to double the size of the Deltaport shipping terminal at Roberts Bank, putting further stress on an estuary which has already lost over 80% of its natural habitat.
This week the Canadian Impact Assessment Agency issued an impact assessment report which concluded that the project would have “significant adverse and cumulative effects” to endangered killer whales and Fraser River Chinook.
This finding reinforces Raincoast Conservation Foundation conclusion that the consequences of the expansion are not justified.
